CNC is a sheet metal manufacturing process that is carried out by a computer numerically controlled (CNC) punch press.
Punching is a process that punches a shape out of the sheet metal using a punch die. The punch die can be a multitude of shapes & sizes from circular holes, squares & rectangles to more specific shapes.
Nibbling is a process of producing holes at speed close to each other. The holes can be separate or overlap. These allows a wider range of shapes to be produced.
Powder Coating is a type of coating used on metal products. The dry powder is applied electrostatically through a spray gun and then cured in a heated oven to allow it to harden creating a finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Powder is available in a wide range of colours. We use the RAL colour chart which is universally recognised standard chart colour range.
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welding is a welding process that is used to bond together metal such as steel. The process uses a continuously fed wire on a reel.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding is a welding process that is used to bond together such metals as aluminium or stainless steel. The process uses long welding rods that are slowly hand fed rather then continuously fed on a reel as MIG welding.
We can also offer: Machining, Bending, Cutting, Sawing, Polishing & Tube Bending services.
We can manufacture from materials with a thickness range from 0.5mm (24 swg) to 8mm (0 swg) thick and maximum sheet length of 3500mm.
